Monitoring and Evaluative is an essential part of any plan. It shows specifics of the improvements made to an organization and how far they have come from where they started. Tracking progress and constantly setting and meeting short term and long term goals is an essential part of success.

We can evaluate the success of this plan by looking at the number of countries we have reached before we put this plan into action, looking at the number while the plan is in the process, and then looking at the total number of people and countries we have reached after. By looking at the results before, during, and after the plan is a better way to understand what kind of effect were making. When sending over more supplies and more volunteers the only end result possible is an increase the number we already have.

By creating a chart that visibly tracks the progress it will be a reward to the volunteers and medical professionals that will also develop into motivation. By visibly seeing the difference they have made in so many different countries they will motivated to dedicating the time to keep going in order to reach the goal of helping as many people as possible.
