To start the process of gathering local hospitals to become a part of Project Cure, a representative from the organization will become a member of the local chamber of commerce. With this comes many opportunities to get involved in the community and network with other local organizations.

After making many connections, Project Cure will have an idea which hospital and medical institutions will be a good fit and willing to participate in this process. Once selected, the local medical professionals will chose many items to donate and send over to our facility. In addition to donating up-to-date medical equipment, they will chose doctors and nurses from their personal medical practices. Those volunteers will go to these developing countries and teach the over-seas doctors and nurses the recent practices to ensure the correct use of the medical supplies Project Cure is sending over.

Before these medical professionals are able to be sent over-seas, they will go through training with a Project Cure representative. Through this training process the medical volunteers will learn what they are getting into and what they will be facing from someone who has experienced this first hand. This will prepare the medical volunteers what kind of environment they should expect since it will be something completely new for them.

With all of these steps put into action I think it will ensure the best possible outcome for reaching the set goals that Project Cure has put into place.
